Another technique for dealing with demons is to erect a fortress around your mind or body. The mindguard technique protects thoughts from observers. Imagine a military base or bank vault with sophisticated defences including armed guards, drone patrols, electromagnetic and sonic weaponry and force fields. These defences can prevent enemies (such as black magic practitioners) or demons from reading your thoughts. If a demon or enemy manages to breach your fortress and enter your mind or body, you can simply kick them out using your imagination. Demons and humans can communicate with spiritual hearing. Spiritual vision enables people to see with their spirit.

Demons are fallen angels, many of whom had sex with humans. God can be called upon for help via prayer. The main factor in spiritual warfare is belief in a successful outcome; high confidence can increase other attributes.
