Radiation and Climate Change

Radiation is caused by atomic decay, the separation of protons and electrons from the atomic nuclei. The solution is to bind the protons and electrons to the nucleus through attaching the opposite charge (e.g. Opposite charge electrons) to the nucleus. So there would have to be a nuclear power station that creates these kinds of atoms – or simply include this function within existing power stations as a safeguard against meltdowns. Phones, computers and 5G also produce radiation the negative effects of which can be neutralised by these power plants. This anti-radiation solution could be used to render toxic nuclear waste safe. Climate change is caused by the sun's electromagnetic radiation, so the negative effects of climate change can be counteracted via the same means, because global warming is caused by solar flares (human-caused global warming has a relatively negligible impact). Elon Musk and Randall Carlson helped with this solution.
